Don and Sandy Pace
On a quiet afternoon, these folks strolled into the office with the most heartwarming story.
Don and Sandy Pace were married in their hometown of Evansville, IN on July 8th, 1962. A couple of days later, they hit the road for Vero and spent their honeymoon at South Beach Place.
Every year on their wedding anniversary, they hop in their ‘69 Beetle and return to the hotel. The Paces are part-time Vero residents and split time between here and their home base in Evansville. We’re so glad to be a part of this beautiful tradition. Happy anniversary, Don and Sandy!

Don and his buddy John Weaver caught a big one! The Treasure Coast never disappoints.
We like to think we’ve spruced the place up while maintaining its unique retro charm but we’re loving those midcentury sofas!
